This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") is an explanation of the privacy practices of Navigator Fiduciary and Forensic Servcies Inc. ("Navigator Fiduciary," "Navigator," "we," or "us"). Navigator Fiduciary as a Service Provider
When we act as a service provider for our clients, we collect personal information on behalf of our clients subject to our contractual obligations. To the extent we have agreed to act as a service provider in an applicable customer contract, we follow the instructions of our client on how to process personal information on our client's behalf.

You or a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You are limited in how frequently you may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability. Ther verifiable consumer request must:

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require creating an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver your written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will provide our written response by mail or electronically at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12 months preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. Our response will also explain why we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We only charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request if it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide a cost estimate before completing your request.
Nondiscrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
Changes to this Privacy Statement
We may modify or amend this Privacy Statement occasionally at our discretion. When we make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will amend the revision date at the top of this page, and the modified or amended Privacy Statement shall apply to you and your personal information as of that revision date.
